2. Bookings and Reservations
- Availability: Rooms and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance or overbooking).
- Payment: Full payment is required at check-in or as per booking terms. We accept major credit cards, cash, and online payments. Refunds for cancellations are as per our policy (e.g., 48 hours' notice for full refund; otherwise, 50% charge).
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in after 2:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM. Late check-out may incur additional fees.
- Rates: Prices are in INR and include taxes. Rates may vary by season and are subject to change without notice.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during booking.
- Respect hotel property, staff, and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- Comply with local laws and hotel rules (e.g., no smoking in non-designated areas).
- You are liable for any damage to hotel property caused by you or your guests.
4. Services and Amenities
- Rooms & Suites: Descriptions are approximate; actual amenities may vary slightly.
- Dining and Other Services: Available as described; dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance.
- Pickup, Cab, and Booking Services: Provided on a best-effort basis; we are not liable for delays due to third parties (e.g., traffic or airline issues).
- Local Guides: Tours are subject to availability and weather; cancellations may apply.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made via email or phone. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
- No refunds for no-shows or early departures unless due to hotel error.
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) may lead to cancellations without liability.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings (use our safe deposit if available).
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
- We disclaim warranties for third-party services (e.g., flights or cabs).
